Manchester City have reportedly told Inter Milan that any bid for Carlos Tevez must include Mario Balotelli in exchange, reports Football Italia. It is well known that Rafa Benitez would like Tevez as a replacement should Diego Milito be sold to Real Madrid.
A £35m offer is on the table to bring in the Argentine, who was already a target for Benitez during his time at Liverpool.
However, it is reported in the Corriere dello Sport that City are taking advantage of the situation to target one of Roberto Mancini's favourite players.
Balotelli was brought through to the senior squad by Mancini at Inter and flourished under his guidance.
