Manchester City are waiting for the green light from Juventus to bid for Paul Pogba. The young Frenchman, formerly of Manchester United, is being linked with City, Real Madrid and Chelsea.
However, L'Equipe says City are preparing a bid for Pogba and willing to go to €80 million for the youngster.
City management see Pogba as an ideal replacement for the unsettled Yaya Toure, who is wanted by PSG.
City chiefs expect PSG to soon bid for Toure after learning from intermediaries that talks between the French club and Juve over Pogba have dried up - suggesting that they're now focused on the Ivorian.
