Manchester City want £10 million for Nigel de Jong.
The Daily Star Sunday says there is a four-year-contract offer on the table for De Jong, 27 at £95,000-a-week.
But as he has only one year remaining on his current deal, City will look to sell him for £10million if he doesn't sign.
Inter Milan, Arsenal and QPR are watching developments.
