Manchester City veteran Patrick Vieira is happy to be facing Paul Ince's Notts County in the FA Cup.
Vieira hopes Ince can help open the door to more black managers working in England.
He told the Mail on Sunday: "'I hope Paul Ince will do really well so it opens the door for black managers. They deserve a chance, but I don't see myself as a manager after I finish playing.
"It's a really difficult position and just because you're a really successful player doesn't mean you'll be a successful manager.
"I don't see myself spending extra time to prepare for matches. You need to show a lot of commitment. There is so much hard work for a manager behind the scenes."
