An amazing number of scouts and managers from the lower divisions saw Manchester City defeat Manchester United in last week's U21 mini derby.
The Daily Mail says a brigade of at least 60 scouts, managers and dignitaries were in attendance and mingling after the game, including Wigan's Uwe Rosler, Carlisle's Chris Kavanagh, Bradford's Phil Parkinson and Doncaster's goalkeeping coach Paul Gerrard, who was making a personal check on United's Sam Johnstone.
Six players that started the game went out on loan before the transfer window closed.
