Japanese starlet Hideki Ishige has been offered trials by Manchester City.

Ishige is the current Asian Young Footballer of the Year and tied to Shimizu S-Pulse.

His J-League coach Afshin Ghotbi revealed the trials offer and added: "If you want to build top players you have to give them the opportunity to gain experience."
