Manchester City and Tottenham are chasing Olympique Marseille striker Brandao.
The Brazilian only moved to l'OM in January from Shakhtar Donetsk and O Globo says City and Spurs are willing to go as high as £15 million to bring him to England this summer.
Seeing the chance to make a quick profit, Marseille are ready to cash in.
