Manchester City are understood to be preparing a £50million offer for Wolfsburg's Belgian international Kevin De Bruyne.
The Telegraph is reporting that City and French outfit Paris Saint-Germain will compete for the signature of De Bruyne, although it is understood Wolfsburg are under no pressure to sell the 24-year-old.
However, a big money offer may be enough to persuade the Bundesliga club to part ways with De Bruyne, who has four years remaining on his deal in Germany.
Manchester United are believed to also be interested in De Bruyne, who will return from holiday and discuss his future with Wolfsburg in the coming days.
