Manchester City are closing on a deal for PSG defender Dan-Axel Zagadou.
The Manchester Evening News says Zagadou visited City's east Manchester academy set-up in January, along with his international under-18 teammate Mickael Cuisance.
Zagadou's trainee contract expires this summer, which would mean that City would only have to pay training compensation for the player.
PSG chief Patrick Kluivert has urged Zagadou to sign a five-year deal, and promised him that he would join the first team squad next season.
But Le Parisien is reporting that Kluivert's efforts have fallen on deaf ears and that Zagadou is intent on joining City this summer.
