Manchester City have no plans to sell Joe Hart to a direct Premier League rival.
The Daily Star says Hart has been linked with moves to Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea since being cast aside by City boss Pep Guardiola – but the decision has been made by the Etihad hierarchy that those moves are non-starters.
City do want to do right by Hart and find him a suitable move but any sale to a direct domestic rival is off the table.
Hart is unable to call the shots on where he wants to go as he still has two years remaining on his £130,000-a-week contract.
The keeper has impressed at Torino and the Italian side believe they can agree a cut-price £15million deal, although other big clubs on the continent are also aware of the circumstances surrounding Hart's future.
