Manchester City target Mirko Vucinic will remain with AS Roma according to club director Giampaolo Montali.
The 26-year old Montenegrin striker had become a reported target for the Eastlands club but Montali has confirmed he will not be departing the Stadio Olimpico, neither will Philippe Mexes who has been linked with Juventus.
"Next season's team is this one," Montali told Sky Italia.
"There could be the departures of a few younger players to allow them to gain experience, but important players like Mexes or Vucinic won't leave."
