Departing Arsenal fullback Bacary Sagna has turned down an offer from Manchester United.
The Daily Star says Sagna has snubbed a moved to Old Trafford, in favour of a move to rivals Manchester City.
United had wanted a steady head at right-back next term and the Frenchman fit that bill.
However, he wasn't keen on dropping out of the Champions League will instead move to the Etihad Stadium on a £140,000-a-week deal
