Ivan Rakitic has intimated he's willing to stay with Barcelona.

Frozen out since December by Barca coach Luis Enrique, the Croatia midfielder has been linked with Manchester City this month.

But speaking with France Football, Rakitic declared: "He's helped me a lot.

"If I had to go to bat for the coach, I would, without hesitation.

"I have to know how to leave the ego aside, I do not want to be the boy who is in a place just to make the team photo."
