Kevin de Bruyne has decided he WILL leave VfL Wolfsburg this month.
De Bruyne is a big money target for Manchester City and Wolfsburger Allgemeiner Zeitung says he is now ready to push for a move.
The Belgium international has made it clear through intermediaries he will accept the transfer if City can settle on a fee with VfL.
The latest from Wolfsburg is they will only sell De Bruyne for €80 million - and nothing less.
Wolfsburg chief Klaus Allofs insists they won' be bullied by City's spending power: "The urge to do business is not there, because we do not have the idea that all this has had a negative effect on Kevin."
