Manchester City are eyeing Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel. The Daily Express says City are reportedly set to snare Liverpool's Martin Skrtel after he announced he is unhappy with his current contract.

Despite the defender having two years left on his current contract, Skrtel has now revealed that unless his current terms change he will be looking to spend his future elsewhere.

Manchester City will have to move quickly however if they want to claim the rising star, as the Slovakia player is also reportedly being sought out by Russian club Zenit St Petersburg.
