Manchester City have made an offer for Leeds United youngster Fabian Delph.
The Daily Mail says City have lodged a £10m offer with Leeds for their much coveted England Under 21 midfielder Delph, 19.
Aston Villa and Tottenham are also keen, but are unlikely to match City's bid.
