Manchester City have made an offer for Barcelona winger Pedro.

Sport says City have offered €32 million for the Spain international.

Manchester United chief Ed Woodward travelled to Barcelona on Monday to try and close the deal and told the Catalan club a definitive offer will arrive on Tuesday.

Pedro would prefer United, but Barça will not sell if the Red Devils do not meet the player's release clause, which is €30 million.
