Manchester City striker John Guidetti is keen on a loan move to Leicester City.
The 18-year-old has been linked with a switch to the Walkers Stadium to link up with Sven-Goran Eriksson, the man who brought the Swede to England in 2008 when he was manager at Eastlands.
"I can imagine that he is interested. After all, he was the one who got me to City in the first place," Guidetti told Eurosport.
"I haven't spoken to Eriksson as such - he is a manager and he has a lot to do all the time. But everything is up to City and if they want to let me go or not.
"If I carry on scoring goals then we will see if I will get a chance at City or join Eriksson at Leicester. If I play well clubs will be interested.
"It would be a good loan for me, they are a good team with great players. It would be awesome."
