Manchester City striker John Guidetti admits Feyenoord will always be special to him.

The Swede enjoyed an outstanding loan spell with the Dutch outfit last season and has a close relationship with Feyenoord fans.

"I must go back there and then, if possible, as a supporter and be among the supporters where they stand," said Guidetti to Voetbal International.

"With Feyenoord, it was like when I saw Sanna, my girlfriend: love at first sight. I think it was a mutual love, immediately. Long before I had reached an agreement with Feyenoord, supporters sent messages to me on Twitter that I had to come.

"So you know you're not just a club."
