Edin Dzeko is a giant step closer to joining AS Roma according to reports.

Sky Sports suggests that the Manchester City striker is happy to leave the Etihad Stadium for Rome after agreeing to personal terms with the Giallorossi.

Bosnia-Herzegovina international Dzeko has been linked with a move away from City for much of the summer and it appears this will come to fruition once the two clubs agree on a fee.

It is believed that the Sky Blues want around £20million for Dzeko, who has been with the club since joining from Wolfsburg in 2011, but Roma are keen to pay less.
