Manchester City attacker Denis Suarez says he's open to a loan move away.

Suarez says he's discussed his future with City boss Roberto Mancini.

'This year I'm a first-team player although that allows you to keep playing with the reserves.

'This year Mancini has called me into squads although I haven't made my Premier League debut. Next year I believe I'm a first-team player or I'll have to go out on loan."
