Manchester City striker Craig Bellamy insists it doesn't matter how big a name they have, he will continue to demand top effort from his teammates.
If he see other players, like Robinho for instance, not giving their all in the quest to make City big, then he will have a word.
He said: "If people don't play well then we should expect others to have a go at them. You have no choice but to show fire in the belly and that is all we want from one another.
"We need to show that kind of attitude everywhere we go because there is no doubt whatsoever that we have the ability to worry any sides.
"We have a bright attack, but we haven't got that physical presence that we need in the Premier League from time to time.
"The best teams in the world are not just great when they have got the ball, but when they lose possession they work just as hard and go and get it back straight away."
