Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli says Barcelona star Lionel Messi didn't deserve to win the Ballon d'Or.
Balo insists former Inter Milan teammate Wesley Sneijder should have won, even though the Dutchman did not make the final three.
He said: "The best player in Serie A is Zlatan Ibrahimovic, as he is basically from another planet. I'd pick Sebastian Giovinco as the best young Italian.
"I don't believe Leo Messi deserved the Ballon d'Or, as it should've gone to Wesley Sneijder."
