Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has allayed injury fears after victory at Everton.
Aguero converted his 17th goal of the Premier League season to draw his side level against Everton, firing past Tim Howard at the near post.
The striker injured his groin in scoring the goal and had to be replaced immediately by Fernandinho, but took to Twitter to allay fears about his injury
