Manchester City ace Emmanuel Adebayor was caught out on the BBC.

Adebayor was caught out at the start of the BBC's coverage of Japan v Cameroon when his mobile rang live on air.

The Manchester City striker sheepishly turned his phone off - but not before he had been lampooned by host Gary Lineker and fellow Beeb pundit Alan Shearer..

Lineker quipped: "Is that for you? Is it Samuel Eto'o?" Shearer added: "No, it's Roger Milla.".

The big disappointment was the Togo striker had a boring, bog-standard ringtone.
