Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor is aware of interest from Real Madrid.
Adebayor has vowed to fight for his place at Manchester City despite interest from Real.
Jose Mourinho is an admirer of the big striker and the Bernabeu boss was keen to sign Adebayor during the recent transfer window.
He said: "I heard about the rumours, but I am relaxed and I am fighting in training to get my place back.
"Until the next window you never know, and Real and Mourinho are big things in football so you take notice of them, but I want to score goals for City.
"I am a big player so I want first-team football like everyone, not just to take my salary."
