Manchester City are strengthening their global club network.
City are eager for their Swedish partners, Djurgården to work with their future MLS presence New York City FC.
NYCFC technical chief Claudio Reyna has met with Djurgarden officials about their collaboration.
"Our partnership with Man City is constantly evolving and there is a big consensus to do even more than we do today. We met with City in the fall, that's right. But what our meetings contains nothing I want to talk to the media about," DIF's chief scout Khaled El Ahmad told the club's website.
