Manchester City are in contact with Olympique Lyon midfielder Fares Bahlouli.

The 20 year-old playmaker has also been linked with AS Monaco this summer.

A source close to Bahlouli told Foot Mercato: "Fares interests many clubs. Juventus were interested at the time, and they still are. There were English clubs, they are always interested.

"Manchester City is still interested.

"Inevitably, when they see that Monaco is on the spot, they returned to the charge."
