David Silva believes that Brahim Diaz will be able to break into the Manchester City first team soon.
Diaz has been making waves for City's elite development squad recently and it is widely expected that the 17-year-old will become a key player for the Citizens in the coming years.
Silva is one of the players Diaz looks up to and the youngster has gone on to reveal that the City superstar is confident that he will manage to become a regular for the first team in the foreseeable future.
"David is a player I admire so much," the talented Spaniard told the club's official website after signing a pro deal with City.
"He is one of the best players in the world and he has everything. I can learn a lot from him and as a person, he is incredible.
"He has told me he can see me in the first team in the near future and that I have the quality needed.
"He told me I need to understand how things work, but that he likes my style and that if I work hard, my time will come."
