Man City star Hart: Man Utd legend Neville is a goalie-hater!

Joe Hart has labelled England assistant coach Gary Neville as a 'goalie-hater'.

The Manchester City star told the Daily Mail that the former Manchester United captain is always having a go at the glovemen during England training sessions.

However, Hart has revealed that revised line meetings under Roy Hodgson have made life easier for all involved with the Three Lions even though Neville is not backwards in giving his opinion.

“It's one of the key things we have done with this England squad," said Hart.

“We've broken it down into more intimate meetings, with smaller groups. With 23 to 25 players in a squad it's very difficult for everyone to have an opinion and Roy and Gary Neville have realised that.

“So we've broken it down into groups and we now have unit meetings."

On Neville, he added: “He's a goalie-hater who comes in and abuses us. But we have a lot of fun with him.

“He works with us a lot and he can be quite aggressive. But he brings a wealth of experience and commands a lot of respect."
