Premier League clubs are following Olympique Marseille superkid Bilal Boutobba.

The 16 year-old recently became the youngest ever player at OM to make their first team debut.

Foot Mercato says Tottenham and Manchester City scouts have been following Boutobba since he helped France win the U17 Euros in May.

The teen is regarded as a playmaker and been likened to City ace Samir Nasri.

Along with Spurs and City, Bayern Munich are also keen and ready to make a firm offer for Boutobba before the summer market shuts.
