Manchester City and Tottenham face a battle convincing Palermo striker Edinson Cavani to move to England.
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has put the Uruguay international up for sale and confirmed the interest of Spurs and City: "There is no money in Italy."
However, Cavani wants a move to Inter Milan, declaring: "I can be the Wayne Rooney of Inter. I just want Inter."
Palermo want £20 million for Cavani.
