Manchester City are making enquiries after Barcelona left-back Adriano.

The Brazilian is being tracked by City ahead of the January market, says El Mundo Deportivo.

Adriano has been in and out of Barca's first team since joining last year from Sevilla. The young Brazilian is considering his options with first-choice left-back Eric Abidal having declared he's agreed terms with Barca over a new deal.

City are preparing a €20 million offer to test Barca's resolve in January.
