Manchester City are ready to slap in a bid for Sevilla midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.
City scout Rob Newman has watched the French youngster regularly since the turn of the year and is aware that Borussia Dortmund are also scouting the midfielder.
City are now ready to pull the trigger and plan to make an opening offer of £7 million for Kondogbia.
