Manchester City have told AC Milan to cough up £22 million to sign Carlos Tevez.
The Daily Star says City boss Roberto Mancini is willing to sell the Argentine and get him off the wage bill if a club meets his asking price.
Now Italian giants Milan have made Tevez their No.1 transfer target after agreeing to sell Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Paris St Germain along with Thiago Silva.
The deal will generate more than £52m and Milan president Silvio Berlusconi is willing to fund a move for Tevez so he can replace Sweden star Ibrahimovic.
