Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany won't write off Chelsea's title challenge.

Speaking to Belgian reporters, Kompany insists the Blues and Arsenal remain major threats.

"I try not to actually count a lot on the start of Chelsea.

"I focus on Manchester City. Moreover, big teams like Chelsea and Arsenal always return. That's a matter of time.

"Last season was not acceptable for us. As for me, I did what I always do. Back to basics, work harder, stronger. This season there seems to be more focus than last year with us."
