Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany was behind Liam Gallagher running-a-muck at Etihad during victory over Manchester United.

He had invited the multi-millionaire rock star as a guest in his box for the night.

Gallagher said: "He invited me to his box, he scored a blinder and his family is mega and his sister is really cool. Nice one bro. Vive le Belgium."
