Man City skipper Dunne: Everyone was brilliant

Manchester City skipper Richard Dunne says their 6-0 victory over Portsmouth was an ideal performance. Dunne told City's website: “Everyone was just brilliant. The whole performance from start to finish was great and it was a really enjoyable game to be involved in. “It was a strange game because every time the ball came up we’d clear it and just sit back and watch. It was fantastic to be part of it.”

On playing with the likes of Robinho, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Elano, Dunne added: “We have them every day in training so they do have us in knots at times, but they were outstanding and I don’t think anyone would have dealt with them.”
