Manchester City are expected to hold more talks with Valencia this week.

AS says City have offered €25 million for David Silva, but Valencia are holding out for at least €30 million.

Valencia teammate Pablo Hernandez also attracted an enquiry from City chief Garry Cook last week and the Spanish Liga club expect more developments during their next meeting.

Silva is aware of City's bid, but is happy to stay on the margins and focus on Spain's World Cup campaign in South Africa.
