Manchester City are expected to have co-chairmen when Abu Dhabi United's takeover is completed.
The Manchester Evening News says Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the royal prince behind the £210m buy-out of former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra is expected to share the role with Khaldoun Khalifa Ahmad Al Mubarak.
Sheikh Mansour's trusted adviser Simon Pearce, who has already been in England and met with both boss Mark Hughes and his staff and Academy director Jim Cassell, is set to be the third man and current executive chairman Garry Cook the fourth in the role of chief executive.
Another of the Sheikh's advisors Ali Jassem has also been at the City of Manchester Stadium and is being considered as the fifth member with Thaksin Shinawatra's remaining ten per cent of the club being responsible for the final seat on the new executive.
