Man City's Toure plays down potential PSG move

Yaya Toure says he is not pondering a possible move to Paris Saint-Germain.

The Ivory Coast midfielder is being heavily linked with a summer move away from Manchester City but insists that he is fully focused on his duties with the reigning Premier League champions.

"No, I don't think of PSG," Toure told Sport-Ivoire. "You know that with approach of the transfer window, there are many things that are said in the newspapers.

"We are professional and so far I have not given any agreement with any club. I am for the moment a City player and I will fight so that we finished the season in good conditions."

In regards to his contract with City, which expires in 2015, Toure indicated he had not yet come to an agreement over a proposed extension.

"In a club there are players and administrators," Toure added. "We are like soldiers and we carry out what employers say.

"The most important thing for me is to continue to have fun and to entertain the public."
