DR Congo have defeated Ivory Coast 4-3 in 2015 African Cup of Nations qualifying in Abidjan on Wednesday.
Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure scored a sublime goal to equalise for the Elephants after Neeskens Keban had given DR Congo the lead after 21 minutes.
Toure produced a customary attacking run at the DR Congo defence before unleashing an unstoppable shot in the 25th minute before the Ivorians conceded twice in a minute to fall behind 3-1.
Herve Renard's side were then reduced to ten men when Franck Kessie was sent off early in the second half but Hertha Berlin's Salomon Kalou responded in fine style for Ivory Coast by coming off the bench to score twice.
However, the one-man disadvantage proved too much for the home side as Jeremy Bokila produced a late winner to give DR Congo maximum points.
The loss leaves the Ivory Coast sitting third on the Group D table with six points from four matches while DR Congo moved to second with their second win of the qualifying campaign for next year's CAF tournament in Morocco.
