Man City's Robinho becomes AC Milan target

Manchester City forward Robinho has emerged as a strong target for Italian giants AC Milan. Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi has certainly not ruled out the chance of making a late transfer window move for the Brazil ace despite the fact they secured the services of Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Barcelona on the weekend.

"If a certain player interests us and is functional to our needs then we will be ready for another hit," Berlusconi told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"It doesn't depend on us, if it depended on us...Milan's intentions are there.

"Where could he play? We have so many possibilities and then it's better to have three players for two roles."

Robinho has been linked with a move away from Eastlands for much of the summer and even though he is determined to make a move to either Spain or Italy, nothing has eventuated so far.
