After missing the last two Manchester City outings with an ankle injury, Robinho looks set to return to action this Saturday.

City assistant manager Mark Bowen was confident the Brazilian star would make it for the Everton fixture at the City of Manchester Stadium.

"We are hoping that in the next couple of days he will be back in for full training," Bowen told the club's official website.

"He was not quite there on Saturday (a 1-1 draw against Fulham). Although he travelled down with us he was in a touch too much pain to take part."
