Alvaro Negredo says he would love to be given more opportunities to prove himself for Spain ahead of next year’s World Cup.
The Manchester City striker scored in Friday night’s 2-1 win over Belarus before adding another international goal in Tuesday’s 2-0 triumph over Georgia and is now looking to continue his good form under Vicente del Bosque next time he gets a chance for La Roja.
"I'm very grateful for every minute I get on the pitch and I try to make the most of my chances. It's always important to do that and I hope I get many more," he told AS.
