Man City's Nasri: Wenger greatest coach but I don't regret leaving Arsenal

Samir Nasri has made it clear that he does not regret leaving Arsenal for Manchester City despite his love for Arsene Wenger.

The Frenchman has rated his fellow countryman as the best manager he has worked with but does not rue his decision to depart North London for the Etihad Stadium in the summer of 2011.

"Arsene Wenger is the greatest coach I have worked with. I only regret not having more discussions with Arsene Wenger when I left." Nasri told beIN Sport.

"I do not have regrets. I do not regret joining Manchester City. I want to play and perform. My departure from Arsenal is purely for sporting reasons.

"I am aware that I do not realise a good season. There are many reasons. But when Mancini said that I'm training at 50% this is not true.

"I felt comfortable against Newcastle (on the weekend). It's been a time that I feel good."
