Man City's Nasri urges Tevez to apologise

Samir Nasri wants Manchester City teammate Carlos Tevez to apologis so he can get on with playing for the club.

The Argentine recently returned to England after three months AWOL following a bust-up with manager Roberto Mancini and Nasri wants the two to resolves their differences so the club can get on with winning the Premier League title and going as far as they can in the Europa League.

"I didn't speak to Carlos," Nasri said.

"I think he is an important player for us and for every team in Europe, because he has quality.

"I don't know what happened. If he has to apologise, then he has to do it and then he will be in the squad, because we need players of his quality to win the league and the Europa League.

"After that it is for the club and Carlos to deal with."
