Man City's Nasri cops ban from French federation

Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has copped a three-match ban from the French Football Federation (FFF) for his behaviour at Euro2012.

The Frenchman was found guilty of using obscene language towards reporters following Les Bleus' quarter-final loss to eventual winners Spain and will now serve a three-game international suspension.

In addition, Paris Saint-Germain's Jeremy Menez has been banned for one match for an argument with the referee during the Spain game as well as a row with captain Hugo Lloris.

Yann M'Vila and Hatem Ben Arfa escaped with warnings after they had hearings for their various discretions during the European competition.
