Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini believes it does not matter that his side has been made favourites for this season's Premier League title.
Despite going five points clear of Manchester United with a massive 6-1 victory at Old Trafford last week, Mancini feels going the distance will still be an enormous task and is just hoping his City outfit can continue to improve.
"That is not important (being favourites)," said Mancini. "I think there are four or five teams that can win the title.
"At this moment we are top but the table can change every game. The season is long.
"From after the next international break we play every three days for six months. It will be very difficult."
As for emulating Arsenal's 'Invincibles' team of the 2003/04 season, Mancini says he has not even thought about going through undefeated.
"I remember that team was very strong, it was an incredible team," he added. "I don't think that for us this year. I think we need to improve.
"In this moment we are in form, our feeling is good and it is important to continue to have focus on every game."
