England international Joleon Lescott is well aware just how dangerous this weekend's match against Switzerland is.
The Manchester City defender and his Three Lions teammates meet the Swiss in a Group G Euro2012 qualifier at Wembley Stadium on Saturday and Lescott knows that it will not be an easy contest.
"I don't think any of the boys think we can just step out and win the game," Lescott said. "I wouldn't say complacency is going to be an issue.
"We just have to do what the manager wants us to do. If we do that I'm sure we'll win the game.
"If we believe in ourselves we can achieve most things.
"We're expected to win every game. We want to win and believe we can win."
And Lescott added that despite the Premier League season being finished, the England players are fully focused on the job at hand.
"No-one's focused on their break," he added. "Everyone's fully focused on the game. We know how important it's going to be.
"Switzerland are a strong team so if we don't apply ourselves right they're a potential banana skin."
